Department of Justice (DOJ) Pinasasampahan na ng patong-patong na kaso sina dating Health Secretary Janet Garin at siyam na iba pa kaugnay ng ikalawang batch ng Dengvaxia case.
Batay sa 78 pahinang resolusyon ng DOJ,kasama sa mga pinasasampahan ng kasong reckless imprudence resulting to homicide sa korte ang mga opisyal ng Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) at Sanofi Pasteur, Inc. (Sanofi).
Bukod dito Nakitaan din ng panel ng sapat na basehan para sampahan ng kaso ang presidente ng Sanofi Pasteur, Inc. dahil sa paglabag sa Consumer Act of the Philippines dahil sa pag-manufacture sa Dengvaxia vaccine.

Ayon din sa naging Imbestigasyon ng DOJ PAnel clinical trials ng Dengvaxia vaccine ay hindi pa nakumpleto para sa mass immunization program nang bilhin ito ng nakalipas na administrasyon.
Dagdag pa ng Panel, Na naging pabaya si Garin at iba pang respondents sa pagpapatupad ng immunization program ng pamahalaan.
